Refund policy

RETURNS GUIDELINES

We hope you love your DIBADIB order, but if you wish to return your item for any reason, they can be returned for a free exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.

If your return request is approved, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

For your return to be accepted, please ensure that the products are in their original condition: unused, clean and odor free, retaining the tags and original packaging. The refund will be sent to you within 14 days after receiving the goods by the store and will be credited to your account using the same payment method you chose for your purchase.

FAULTY GOODS

Please note, returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered. We at DIBADIB take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before dispatching. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Similarly, we cannot accept responsibility for garments that have been damaged during washing if our wash instructions have not been followed. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us about the fault.

If we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your card to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred at the time of sale. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days and are subject to regulations.

If you think your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to hello@dibadib.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.

For returns coming from outside of the EU, you will be responsible for all postage costs.

If you choose to return your item to us via your own courier or local postal service, we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of the items.
