ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Please note, our order cutoff time is 10am EST Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after 10am EST will be dispatched the next working day*.

*Please note, whilst the majority of deliveries to ROW destinations are fulfilled in 3-5 days, in certain circumstances deliveries to countries further afield (such as Australia, Russia, China) may experience a short delay. All deliveries to these countries should be fulfilled within 7 days.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.


DIBADIB SIGNATURE PACKAGING

Your item will be delivered in a signature DIBADIB box, perfect for gifting. All our products come wrapped in tissue paper, individually packaged in a signature branded box. Our boxes are consciously made using FSC® paper and are fully recyclable.
