Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the DIBADIB online store.

BUYING PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE
By placing an order with the "DIBADIB" online store you acknowledge you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the terms and conditions, then you should contact us at hello@dibadib.com before placing your order with us.
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.
We have the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
PRICES AND VAT
All prices on the "DIBADIB" online store are given in Euro € and are inclusive of VAT. The total amount of the order including VAT and shipping is displayed in the shopping cart on the checkout page.
You must make payment for the goods at the time of the order. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We reserve the right to change the price of any product before you place an order. We will inform you if a product's actual price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order at that time.
Prices can be displayed in a range of currencies displayed on the website. For products supplied to clients within the European Union, the DE VAT rate of 19% is applied.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. Where applicable you may be given the choice to pay import duties and taxes in advance at checkout. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs not paid for in advance will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder. "DIBADIB" is not responsible for any delays on goods that have been held back as a result of procedures carried out by your local customs authorities. AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
DELIVERY
Please visit our delivery page at Delivery for information on deliveries. We aim to get your goods to you as soon as possible but cannot accept any liability if the goods are late due to unforeseen courier problems. We will not accept responsibility or liability for non-delivery or any other breach of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such breach is caused by circumstances beyond our control.
RETURNS
Our Returns Policy as set out on this website is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
